We’ve refined how filters behave to make them more accurate and clutter-free.
Here’s what’s new:
- Locations:Only locations with published classes are displayed.
- Staff:Only staff with active classes are listed.
- Categories:Categories and subjects now dynamically narrow based on available published classes.
This ensures students and parents only see
filters that lead to real, bookable classes
—cutting confusion and improving the overall discovery experience ✅
The Payment Link Page has been redesigned to improve clarity and give staff, students and parents a more transparent experience.
Here’s what’s new:
- Clear Status Cues→ Paid, Unpaid, Partially Paid, Cancelled, or Deleted invoices, each with dedicated views.
- Instalments→ Pay only what’s due, instalments unlock in order and show overdues clearly.
- Discounts→ Both line-item and subtotal discounts displayed neatly, with strikethrough for clarity.
- Invoice Detail→ Full breakdown of items, VAT, and rounded totals.
- Terms & Conditions→ Displayed right below the payment button, with both manual and automatic acceptance options.
This redesign ensures every detail is easy to track, and the right action is always front and center. ✅

No more adding holidays one day at a time! Now, you can
block off holidays across multiple days in one go
with our new Date Range Holiday feature
! 🗓️Here’s what’s new:
- Define multi-day holiday periods (e.g. Christmas to New Year) by selecting the From→Todate range.
- Instantly see how long the holiday spans (e.g. “Duration: 14 days”).
- Scheduled events across the range are auto-fetched for cancellation.
This makes managing term breaks, festivals, and extended holidays faster, cleaner, and less error-prone ✅

with a consolidated Inbox
—designed to bring clarity and consistency to updates.📥 Here’s what you’ll find:
- Tasks→ Get notified once per task, with real-time updates as tasks are updated or completed.
- Mentions→ See exactly where you’ve been tagged and jump straight to the related student or lead profile.
- Leaves→ For admins, review and approve staff leave requests. For staff, track your own applications and approvals.
📌 Notifications are now cleaner, organized, and reliable—eliminating duplicate alerts and ensuring you always act on the latest update.

We’ve redesigned the
Bookings page
to improve visibility and streamline actions:- New tab structure: Classes, One-on-One, Packages, Rentals, Courses, Products, Registration Fees—each with unread counts.
- Stats panel: Instantly view total bookings, revenue, and new student and lead numbers.
- Bulk actions: Select multiple rows to mark as read/unread or download reports.
- Updated columns: Improved filter views, cleaner labels, payment option badges, and a fully clickable row experience.
