  • Locations:
    Only locations with published classes are displayed.
  • Staff:
    Only staff with active classes are listed.
  • Categories:
    Categories and subjects now dynamically narrow based on available published classes.

filters that lead to real, bookable classes

The Payment Link Page has been redesigned to improve clarity and give staff, students and parents a more transparent experience.
Here’s what’s new:
  • Clear Status Cues
    → Paid, Unpaid, Partially Paid, Cancelled, or Deleted invoices, each with dedicated views.
  • Instalments
    → Pay only what’s due, instalments unlock in order and show overdues clearly.
  • Discounts
    → Both line-item and subtotal discounts displayed neatly, with strikethrough for clarity.
  • Invoice Detail
    → Full breakdown of items, VAT, and rounded totals.
  • Terms & Conditions
    → Displayed right below the payment button, with both manual and automatic acceptance options.
