We’ve introduced a new
AI Assistant section
within Chat Settings to give you more control over how your assistant responds.What’s new:

- Knowledge– Manage the information it can use to respond

Your online booking page is now available in two new languages,
Japanese
and Korean,
making it easier for your customers to browse and book classes in their native language.To set Japanese or Korean as the default language for your booking page, head to
Online Bookings > Settings > Preferences > Preferred Language
and choose your default language from the drop-down menu.A small change that creates a more inclusive and comfortable booking experience for your international community. 🌐

We’ve improved the bulk action workflow across the
Students, Invoices, and Batches
pages.Bulk select actions now appear in a
floating-action-bar at the bottom of the screen,
for clearer visibility and easier management.Whether you want to bulk add students to batches or send bulk payment reminders for multiple invoices, the functionality remains the same, now delivered in a smoother, more user-friendly way 🚀

We’ve added a new
Payment Status
filter on the Payments page to help you better analyze and manage your financial records.You can now easily
filter and view payments based on their status
(successful, pending, failed, refunded, partly refunded), making reconciliation, follow-ups, and reporting faster and more efficient.Simply head to
Billing > Payments
and use the new Payment status
filter to get started.
We’ve redesigned how coupons work during checkout to make discounts easier to discover and apply.
While creating a coupon, you can now choose
visibility at checkout:
- 🙈 Keep it hiddenfor customers to enter the code manually, or
- 📃 List it under available couponsso it’s shown to customers during checkout.
On clicking the ‘
Apply coupon code’
link at checkout, customers can either enter a code
or select from available and valid coupons
, which clearly display savings, expiry, and eligibility.A cleaner setup for you, and a smoother checkout for your customers✨

We’ve redesigned how coupons work, making them more flexible, and easier to create.
Coupon configuration is now organized into dedicated sections to set
Limits, Visibility at checkout, Redemption,
and Applicability on items.

minimum order value per student
to ensure coupons apply only on qualifying purchases.Simply head to
