Feature Requests

We would like to offer customers "specials" ie special pricing on rentals e.g. buy 5, get 1 free or just special pricing for a certain period of time. Currently this is possible for normal packages but not for rentals. This means we would have 2 mechanisms for tracking rentals, one with new Rentals feature and one via classes and packages which is not ideal.

Currently the system only allows the quantity (# sessions) to be set at package header level only, so all subjects must have the same quantity. For example we would like to offer a package with say 5 units of subject one (eg 5 x tennis lessons 60 minutes) and one unit of another subject e.g. 1 x Complimentary lesson.

Need the ability to select rentals or rentals and chosen locations and staff. With a busy calendar it is difficult to see which bookings are for rentals. It is also very difficult to determine which locations are booked. In the case of a tennis academy, we need to quickly see on the calendar which off our courts (ie locations) are occupied ie having bookings, either by coaches for lessons or for rentals. It would also be nice to be able to include Location Groups in the location filter rather than manually selecting each location in a group (as this requires the user to remember all the locations that are defined in each group). Additionally, there is a bug in the system preventing bookings for rentals from displaying on the calendar even when the correct location is selected. Lastly, whilst the Calendar Week view shows the rentals (if all locations, all staff and all subjects are selected), the Calendar Day view does not show the rental booking

The button 'Click Here' goes to the general class package on the website which is not helpful to students. Students would need more info on how to go to the class whether physical or online.

We would like to see 2FA implemented on Classcard as an additional security measure. As the app is exposed to the web it is important to ensure that access is secure. We have also recently seen some of our individual ClassCard passwords marked as comprised by Google and Apple. Please treat this request as urgent!

Customers such as Life Changing Tuition have been requesting for an integration with Paypal.

When accessing the staff records, the system shows recent activity, however the activity is not related specifically to the selected staff member. This is confusing. Only activity relating to the selected staff record should be shown or none at all

CC provides excellent capability to add custom fields for Students and Leads, however the system then lacks the ability to be able to search for records based upon data in these fields. This request is to allow searching on custom fields, or if not possible, to create a fixed number of custom fields that can be included in searches (perhaps 2 or 3)?

Would be nice to be able to copy Products/Items when creating Items and/or Variations with similar details eg only size or colour changes
