I need a way to generate all invoices at once, rather than selecting each student or batch individually. This would streamline the billing process and save time.

I would like to set up an automation to send reminder emails to students about their upcoming course. The goal is to notify them that their course will begin the following day. The automated email to be sent to the student depending on the course or workshop they registered for, and to include details like (course or workshop name, date, time, and other instructions)

It will be helpful it we have a task page option ( similar) to leads and can be arranged by date or order of priority for better tracking of task assigned per staff

Adding an option of term dates . We work following school calendar , so it will be helpful to create Events ( Classes ) where we can set up our term dates and offer classes on the specific date. Customizing / Adding studio names per Location , Adding Room Number or Studio name under the Location We have classes in the school running at the same time in the same location but different room Example. 4-5 PM Dance Studio Grade 1 Ballet / 4-5 PM Multi Purpose Hall Hip Hop both classes are in American School

Allowing staff to access attendance and comment prior to the event date. This will give the teachers an idea if a specific student will not be able to come on time and or will not be able to come at all or any other information.

I am trying to set up reminders for when a package is nearing its end. Currently, there is only an email reminder option available. It would be beneficial to have the option to send text message reminders as well, ideally to both the student and myself, to ensure timely notifications.

I noticed that when parents book classes online, the receipts do not show the class dates and times, unlike manual invoices where this information is included. This causes confusion as parents often ask for these details after booking. It would be beneficial to have the class dates and times automatically included on the receipts for online bookings to provide clearer information to our customers.

I want to simplify the registration process for my customers by removing the option to choose specific days for classes. Currently, even though the classes are set for a specific day each week, customers still have to select the day, which adds unnecessary steps. It would be beneficial to have an option to eliminate this step, allowing for a more streamlined booking process.

We have identified a security risk where staff members retain access to features even after their roles are changed, as long as they remain logged in. This poses a significant threat, especially when a staff member leaves the company. We request an automatic logout feature for any staff member whose role or access permissions are altered, to ensure security and privacy. Deleting staff members is not an option as it removes historical data, so automatic logout is essential.
