Set an Advance Cancellation Limit:
Limit how far in advance students can cancel their bookings. 📅
Create a Cancellation Window:
Students can only cancel within the window you define.For example, cancellations can be permitted up to
30 days before class,
while still requiring a minimum notice period of 1 day before class.

Cancel Button Hidden Outside the Window:
If a booking falls outside the permitted cancellation window, the ‘Cancel’
button will not be shown.
This gives academies greater control over planning, capacity management, and last-minute schedule changes. 🚀
