Feature Requests

Hope you’re doing well! I’m reaching out to see if we can add a feature to our enquiry forms. We’d love to have two drop-down filters: City: This would show all cities in the UAE. Area: Once a city is picked, this filter would show areas or neighbourhoods within that city/state (The Greens, Marina, JVC, etc.). We can add this manually if needed, but we thought it might be smoother and more reliable if it’s handled directly on your end. It’d be great to know if this is something you can set up or if you have a preferred approach to get it done. Thanks!

For typical education related services companies that classcard targets, VAT level accounting is easy- we already have the sales part. A Simple ability to add a Chart of Accounts and update "Payments/Expenses" against his chart of accounts + upload tax invoices against these entries. This way, Basic UAE VAT returns are taken care of.

Customers such as Life Changing Tuition have been requesting for an integration with Paypal.

I find the current instalments process limiting as it doesn't allow me to select multiple outstanding payments at once. It would be beneficial to have a feature that enables multi-select for outstanding payments, streamlining the process and saving time.

Options to Disable editing after a certain cut off period. It could be a moving period (like previous month) or a fixed cut-off like 31-Dec-20XX.

The system should issue and alert during the Sales Invoice creating process if the quantity sold reduce the on hand below zero. Ideally this would be made configurable so customers can choose to either :-0 a. Block invoice creation (ie prevent stock going negative) or b. Alert the user but allow the stock on hand qty to become negative

We would like to offer customers "specials" ie special pricing on rentals e.g. buy 5, get 1 free or just special pricing for a certain period of time. Currently this is possible for normal packages but not for rentals. This means we would have 2 mechanisms for tracking rentals, one with new Rentals feature and one via classes and packages which is not ideal.

Allow user to add supplier order for stock and batch update qty for different product purchased from Supplier

-Allow user to record periodic stock take result and update the "adjustment" of qty as Batch action rather than multiple clicks product movement transaction log "by Date" for differnt type of product

The requirement is to hide calendar slots from online bookings but have them available when manually bookings classes, without having to delete and re-adjust the blocked time. As an example, a club has courts available daily from 6am to midnight, and wishes to have its courts available for rentals between 10am and 3pm and also between 10pm and midnight each day. (The slots from 6am to 10am and 3pm to 10pm would be reserved for classes and hence not visible to online bookings) They would therefore need to :- a. Block online access to courts from 6am to 10am and 4pm to 10pm. b. If however some students require a class during the blocked hours (and there are no rental bookings in the system at that time), then the system should allow the manually booking to be made without having to adjust the blocked time i.e. by OVERRIDING the block on online rentals.
