Setting up a term on the system is extremely manual, the system is not adjusting for holidays and is not adjusting for mid term bookings, this means my team have to calculate every entry manually and this is error prone, majority of my clients don't use the online booking page and book via the branch, even mid term is not calculating correctly on the booking page, even though the package is ticked with pro rata, this is very disappointing for us as new users of the system and this was not what was explained to me upon purchase, I need this escalated and resolved ASAP please.
